Practice question · True or false
A project question is only a question if it is possible for the finished work to answer it wrongly.
Hints
- Ask what a proposal is worth if no outcome could count against it.
- Compare a territory with a claim.
Show the answer
True
Why
True, and it is the fastest test available on a proposal. If no result could count against it, the work cannot be steered by it and cannot learn anything from it. The question does not have to be scientific; it has to be capable of coming out other than expected.
